THE DEAN SWIFT in Butlers Wharf London ordered an LP2 unit back in May of 2010 to put on it's coffee machine.Max, the manager is thrilled with the results. "We used to always be pouring descaler fluid through the coffee machine which ran slower and slower because of the build-up of limescale. Now since May we have had no problems. The LP2 was very easy to fit and I am surprised more pubs and cafes don't install them....and the coffee....tastes great!"
The fact is that without any chemicals or additional plumbing, the LP2 has saved the Dean Swift a lot of effort and kept the coffee coming at minimal cost.

Hard water is a beach, I get a lot of calls about it in my plumbing job. Personally I've been doing a lot of installs of saltless water softeners because you don't have to replenish them constantly with salt. People seem to like that for some reason... almost like hauling heavy bags of crystals sucks.
I think I'm gonna try asking local businesses about this... never thought about how much larger the issue must be for a commercial place.
